Christopher Wins Prix De La Photographie Paris

Christopher's photography of women in Dubai was one of the winners in this year's PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS (PX3), Europe's biggest and most prestigious photography contest - a contest which strives to introduce photographers from around the world to the artistic community of Paris. Christopher's images, along with the other winning images, will be exhibited in Paris at the Espace Dupone, and published in the high-end, full-color PX3 Annual Book. Christopher is having a very difficult time from getting a big head about it all.

Christopher Shoots For Aromawear

Christopher recently shot a campaign of images for Aromawear - jewelry that integrates essential oils with elegant jewelry design. Photographed on Bald Head Island, North Carolina, in the middle of a heat wave, a hot, sticky time was had by all.

Christopher Shoots Book Cover Idea

A call went out by Wyssphoto, a photo research company specializing in book covers, for images of old, dark farm houses for Sheila LaBarra's book, Wicked Intentions. This was the photograph Christpher shot for the cover.

Christopher Shoots For BB&T Bank

As part of a rebranding effort for BB&T Bank, Christopher not only photographed many of the images for the proposed advertising campaign, but art directed and wrote for the campaign as well. The campaign never saw the light of day, but Christopher had fun working on it anyway.

Christopher Designs For Intrahealth International

As part of an effort to rebrand Intrahealth International's communications, Christopher was not only asked to document the work Intrahealth does in Africa, but redesign their website for them as well. Christopher was thrilled to work on the project, and although the final design was somewhat of a design compromise for Christopher, he was happy to work with such a wonderful organization.

Christopher Shoots For Intrahealth International

As part of an effort to rebrand IntraHealth  International - a world health organization committed to the health and well-being of all human beings - Christopher was commissioned to spend a month in Ethiopia and Rwanda documenting the work of Intrahealth in those countries.  "It was one of the most moving and heart-wrenching projects I've ever worked on," Christopher said. "It was both humbling and a great privilege to photograph these people, many of whom are suffering greatly."
